4Credit terms

1. Net 30. Each invoice is due in full 30 days from the invoice date.
2. Credit card on file. Every credit account needs a valid credit card on file. The card is a guarantee only: Intersigns will not charge the card for any invoice before that invoice's 30-day term has ended.
3. Card verification. The card is added on this form through Stripe's secure card field. Stripe confirms the card with your card issuer without charging it.
4. How to pay. EFT / bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, cheque, or credit card (credit card payments carry a card processing fee).
5. Overdue invoices. If an invoice is still unpaid after its 30-day term, Intersigns will email the AP contact a reminder. If it remains unpaid 3 business days after that reminder, Intersigns may charge the outstanding balance, plus the card processing fee, to the card on file.
6. Changes. The customer will tell Intersigns of any change of card, ownership or AP contact. Intersigns may review the credit limit or terms with written notice.

Your card number, expiry and security code are entered in Stripe's secure field and go directly to Stripe. Intersigns never sees or stores the full card number or security code. You'll add the card in the final step, right after you submit this form.

I authorize Intersigns Graphic Solutions Inc. to keep on file the card added through the secure Stripe link for this credit account and to: (a) verify the card with my card issuer without charging it; and (b) charge the card for an invoice only after that invoice's Net 30 term has ended and it remains unpaid 3 business days after an emailed reminder, together with the card processing fee. Intersigns will not charge the card for any amount before the 30-day term of an invoice has ended. I confirm I am the cardholder or am authorized to use this card, and that I may withdraw this authorization in writing once all invoices on the account are paid.
